As parents, we're longing for joy, connection, ease and to raise great adults! This Nonviolent (Echo) Parenting Series will help you learn and practice tools to create respectful, nurturing relationships and strategies to handle tough times.
In this interactive, hands-on series we cover:
-creating a vision of long-term goals for our children in order to see the bigger picture and parent with that in mind
-the latest research in brain and child development and how we can create optimal growing and learning environments.
-how our parenting is influenced by the way we were raised and what to do to support ourselves to heal and parent intentionally
-dealing with adult and childhood anger- where it comes from, strategies for regulation and healthy expression, as well as how to process and learn from our missteps
-setting developmentally appropriate limits with empathy
-compassionate communication (in all relationships)
